My Mission

I started off making balloons for my family’s party planning company when I was twelve years old in 2008. Since then, I have been lucky enough to travel the world supporting myself with balloon art. In 2018, I moved to Eugene, Oregon to start Balloons by Joe.

My Mission

Balloons by Joe was created to provide fun, family entertainment for any celebration. I try my best to connect with everyone individually by letting them come up with what they want me to make.
